How much does the shipping cost ?
Shipping is FREE for all supported countries.
Customs & Import Fees
If you are notified of any customs and import fee charges during the delivery of your order, provide us with proof and we will promptly reimburse the full amount.
How long will the delivery take ?
You can expect a delivery within 15 days for most of our products.
For our heavier and larger products such as floor lamps, wall decor or large sculptures, the delivery time may be extended up to 40 days.

How can I track my order ?
Tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail after your order is processed, which usually takes 1-3 days. If you did not receive a tracking number after 5 days, please contact us at contact@louphila.com.
I did not receive any confirmation email after placing my order
Make sure to check your spam or junk folders. If you still can't find the e-mail, please contact us at contact@louphila.com.
Can I return my item ?
If you are not satisfied of your item, you can return it to us within 30 days. Note that the products must be unused and in their original packaging and that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In this case, please get in touch with us by sending an email at contact@louphila.com and include the order number and email address that you used when making the purchase.
I have received a defective product
We are sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product by sending us an email at contact@louphila.com with:
-Your order number, and the email address or phone number that you used when making the purchase.
-A photo of the broken item and a photo of the shipping label that is on the outside packaging. If the outside of the packaging was also broken, please include a photo that shows that as well.
We will send you a new item or refund your money, which ever you prefer.
